The present invention relates to a metal complex compound with an iridium hexa-coordinated structure, based on orthogonal structured aryl-phenyl(pyridine, pyrimidine)-imidazole and aryl-phenyl(pyridine, pyrimidine)-pyridine ligands, and to a blue phosphorescent organic light emitting device using same. An organic light emitting device comprising the metal complex compound according to the present invention as a dopant compound for a light emitting layer prevents the deterioration of dopant efficiency and has durability against the non-emissive cleavage by excitons, thereby showing excellent characteristics of luminous efficiency, device stability, and lifespan and realizing deep blue color through improved color coordinates, and thus can be advantageously utilized in various display devices.

La présente invention concerne un composé complexe métallique ayant une structure hexa-coordonnée d'iridium, à base de ligands aryl-phényl(pyridine, pyrimidine)-imidazole et aryl-phényl(pyridine, pyrimidine)-pyridine à structure orthogonale, et un dispositif électroluminescent organique phosphorescente bleue l'utilisant. Un dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant le composé complexe métallique selon la présente invention en tant que composé dopant pour une couche électroluminescente empêche la détérioration de l'efficacité du dopant et possède une durabilité contre le clivage non émissif par des excitons, présentant ainsi d'excellentes caractéristiques de rendement lumineux, de stabilité de dispositif et de durée de vie et permet de réaliser une couleur bleue profonde par le biais de coordonnées de couleur améliorées, et peut ainsi être avantageusement utilisé dans divers dispositifs d'affichage.

본 발명은 직각구조의 아릴-페닐(피리딘, 피리미딘)-이미다졸과 아릴-페닐(피리딘, 피리미딘)-피리딘 리간드를 기반으로 하여 이리듐 육-배위 구조체의 금속 착화합물 및 이를 이용한 청색 인광 유기발광소자에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 금속 착화합물을 발광층의 도펀트 화합물로 포함하는 유기발광소자는 도펀트의 효율 저하 방지 및 여기자에 의한 비발광 분열에 대한 내구성을 가져서 발광 효율, 소자의 안정성 및 수명 특성이 우수하고, 개선된 색좌표에 의한 진한 청색을 구현할 수 있어 다양한 디스플레이 소자에 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
