Abstract

The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride-based polymer having a pH of 7-11, an olefin defect number (NO) of 1.5 or less, and a chlorine defect number (NC) of 11.0 or less, and the vinyl chloride-based polymer has few defects overall so as to enable the inhibition of dehydrochlorination or cross-linking reaction while being processed, and thus can be expected to have effects such as discoloration prevention, heat resistance improvement and prevention of physical property deterioration.

La présente invention concerne un polymère à base de chlorure de vinyle ayant un pH de 7 à 11, un nombre de défauts d'oléfine (NO) inférieur ou égal à 1,5 et un nombre de défauts de chlore (NC) inférieur ou égal à 11,0 et le polymère à base de chlorure de vinyle a peu de défauts globalement de manière à permettre l'inhibition d'une réaction de déshydrochloration ou de réticulation lorsqu'il est transformé et on peut ainsi s'attendre à ce qu'il ait des effets tels que la prévention de l'altération de la couleur, l'amélioration de la résistance à la chaleur et la prévention de la détérioration de propriétés physiques.

본 발명은 중합체의 pH가 7 내지 11인 것으로서, 올레핀형 결함의 개수(NO)가 1.5 이하이고, 클로로형 결함의 개수(NC)가 11.0 이하인 것을 만족하는 염화비닐계 중합체에 관한 것으로, 상기 염화비닐계 중합체는 전체 중합체 내의 결함이 적어 가공시 탈염산 반응이나 가교 반응을 억제할 수 있으므로 변색 현상 방지, 내열성 향상, 물성 열화 방지와 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
