The present invention can provide a method for preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer, the method comprising a step of feeding a dissociative normal salt to polymerize vinyl chloride monomers in the presence of at least one emulsifier and a polymerization initiator, the dissociative normal salt including a carbonate metal salt or a sulfite metal salt, the dissociative normal salt being continuously fed at 70-1200 ppm relative to the total weight of the vinyl chloride monomers when the polymerization conversion rate of the dissociative normal salt is 0-20%, wherein the feeding time, the feeding amount, and the kind of the dissociative normal salt are adjusted to reduce the amount of generation of a volatile organic compound without affecting the rate of polymerization, thereby producing a vinyl chloride-based polymer suitable for an environmentally friendly material.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un polymère à base de chlorure de vinyle, le procédé comprenant une étape consistant à introduire un sel normal dissociatif pour polymériser des monomères chlorure de vinyle en présence d'au moins un émulsifiant et d'un initiateur de polymérisation, le sel normal dissociatif comprenant un sel métallique de type carbonate ou un sel métallique de type sulfite, le sel normal dissociatif étant introduit en continu à hauteur de 70 à 1200 ppm par rapport au poids total des monomères chlorure de vinyle lorsque le taux de conversion par polymérisation du sel normal dissociatif est de 0 à 20 %, la durée d'introduction, la quantité introduite et le type du sel normal dissociatif étant ajustés pour réduire la hauteur de la production d'un composé organique volatil sans incidence sur la vitesse de polymérisation, ce qui permet de produire un polymère à base de chlorure de vinyle approprié pour un matériau respectueux de l'environnement.

본 발명은 염화비닐계 중합체의 제조방법으로서, 1 이상의 유화제 및 중합 개시제의 존재 하에, 해리성 정염을 투입하여 염화비닐 단량체를 중합하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 해리성 정염은 카보네이트(carbonate) 금속염 또는 설파이트(sulfite) 금속염을 포함하고, 상기 해리성 정염은 중합 전환율이 0% 이상 20% 이하일 때 염화비닐 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 70 내지 1200 ppm으로 연속 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 해리성 정염의 투입 시점, 투입량 및 종류를 제어하여 중합 반응의 속도에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서도 휘발성 유기화합물의 발생량이 저감되어 친환경 소재에 적합한 염화비닐계 중합체를 제조할 수 있는 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
