The present invention relates to an ultrasonic gas flow metering device provided with a laminar flow tube, the ultrasonic gas flow metering device comprising: a vertical inflow passage into which a gas flows; a horizontal flow passage through which the gas that has flowed into the vertical inflow passage flows when the horizontal flow passage is in a state of communication with the vertical inflow passage; a pair of ultrasonic sensors for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves in a state of being located on both side surfaces of the horizontal flow passage; a vertical outflow passage from which the gas that has flowed through the horizontal flow passage flows out when the vertical outflow passage is in a state of communication with the horizontal flow passage; and a laminar flow tube having a certain length and attached to the horizontal flow passage, wherein when the outer surface of the laminar flow tube and the inner surface of the horizontal flow passage are in close contact with each other, the flow therebeween is blocked.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure d'écoulement de gaz à ultrasons pourvu d'un tube à écoulement laminaire, le dispositif de mesure d'écoulement de gaz à ultrasons comprenant : un passage d'écoulement d'entrée vertical dans lequel s'écoule un gaz ; un passage d'écoulement horizontal à travers lequel le gaz qui s'est écoulé dans le passage d'écoulement d'entrée vertical s'écoule lorsque le passage d'écoulement horizontal est dans un état de communication avec le passage d'écoulement d'entrée vertical ; une paire de capteurs à ultrasons pour émettre/recevoir des ondes ultrasonores situés sur les deux surfaces latérales du passage d'écoulement horizontal ; un passage d'écoulement de sortie vertical à partir duquel le gaz qui s'est écoulé à travers le passage d'écoulement horizontal s'écoule vers l'extérieur lorsque le passage d'écoulement d'écoulement vertical est dans un état de communication avec le passage d'écoulement horizontal ; et un tube à flux laminaire d'une certaine longueur et fixé au passage d'écoulement horizontal, dans lequel, lorsque la surface extérieure du tube à flux laminaire et la surface intérieure du passage d'écoulement horizontal sont en contact étroit l'une avec l'autre, l'écoulement est bloqué.

본 발명은 층류관을 구비한 초음파식 가스유량계측장치에 관한 것으로서, 가스가 유입되는 수직유입유로; 상기 수직유입유로에 연통된 상태에서, 상기 수직유입유로로 유입된 가스가 유동되는 수평유동유로; 상기 수평유동유로의 양측면에 위치된 상태에서 초음파를 송수신하는 한 쌍의 초음파센서; 상기 수평유동유로에 연통된 상태에서, 상기 수평유동유로로 유동된 가스가 유출되는 수직유출유로; 및 상기 수평유동유로에 장착되는 일정한 길이의 층류관을 포함하며, 상기 층류관의 외측면과 상기 수평유동유로의 내측면은 밀착된 상태에서, 상기 층류관의 외측면과 상기 수평유동유로의 내측면 사이로의 가스 유동이 차단되는 초음파식 가스유량계측장치이다.
