The present invention relates to a high-speed switch. In the present invention, one actuator (30) provides a driving force in one direction to drive a driving shaft (33), and a guide pin (18) installed in a frame (10) is guided to a cam groove (24) of a cam (20) rotatably installed on the driving shaft (33), thereby generating movement and rotation of the cam (20). An elastic member (42) is supported at the end portion of the driving shaft (33) to provide a restoring force in the direction opposite to the driving force provided by the actuator (30). When the guide pin (18) is positioned in a closed part (26) or an open part (28) of the cam groove (24), a position of a movable electrode of a circuit breaker connected to the driving shaft (33) is installed, and thus an on/off operation may be generated. In the present invention, there are advantages such as the number of components of the high-speed switch being minimized, since only one actuator (30) is used to perform a switching action and one elastic member (42) is used to provide a force to maintain the on state and the off state.

La présente invention concerne un commutateur rapide. Selon la présente invention, un actionneur (30) applique une force d'entraînement dans un sens pour entraîner un arbre d'entraînement (33), et une broche de guidage (18) installée dans un cadre (10) est guidée vers une rainure (24) de came d'une came (20) installée rotative sur l'arbre d'entraînement (33), générant ainsi un mouvement et une rotation de la came (20). Un élément élastique (42) est supporté au niveau de la partie d'extrémité de l'arbre d'entraînement (33) de façon à exercer une force de rappel dans le sens contraire à la force d'entraînement appliquée par l'actionneur (30). Lorsque la broche de guidage (18) est positionnée dans une partie fermée (26) ou dans une partie ouverte (28) de la rainure (24) de came, une position d'une électrode mobile d'un disjoncteur connecté à l'arbre d'entraînement (33) est installée, et ainsi une opération en/hors circuit peut être générée. La présente invention offre des avantages tels qu'une réduction au minimum du nombre de composants du commutateur rapide, étant donné qu'il ne faut qu'un seul actionneur (30) pour effectuer une action de commutation et qu'un seul élément élastique (42) pour exercer une force de maintien de l'état en circuit et de l'état hors circuit.

본 발명은 고속스위치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 하나의 엑츄에이터(30)가 일방향으로만 구동력을 제공하여 구동축(33)이 구동되도록 하고, 상기 구동축(33)에 회전가능하게 설치된 캠(20)의 캠홈(24)에 프레임(10)에 설치된 안내핀(18)이 안내되면서 캠(20)의 이동과 회전을 만들어낸다. 상기 구동축(33)의 단부에는 탄성부재(42)가 지지되어 상기 엑츄에이터(30)가 제공하는 구동력의 반대방향으로 복원력을 제공한다. 상기 안내핀(18)이 상기 캠홈(24)의 클로즈부(26)나 오픈부(28)에 위치하게 되면 상기 구동축(33)에 연결된 차단기의 가동전극의 위치가 설치되면서 온오프동작을 발생시킬 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 밟명에서는 엑츄에이터(30)를 하나만 사용하여 스위칭작용을 하고 하나의 탄성부재(42)를 사용하여 온상태와 오프상태를 유지시키는 힘을 제공하도록 하였으므로 고속스위치의 부품수가 최소화되는 등의 이점이 있다.
