The present invention discloses a manufacturing apparatus comprising a robot arm having increased production efficiency and a manufacturing equipment of which the size is significantly reduced. A manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, in order to achieve said objectives, is a manufacturing apparatus comprising a robot arm in order to manufacture a battery module provided with a plurality of cylindrical battery cells, and a module housing provided with an upper case and a lower case configured to receive the plurality of cylindrical battery cells, wherein the robot arm comprises: a first gripper configured to hold and take or release the plurality of cylindrical battery cells; a second gripper configured to hold and take or release the upper case; and a third gripper configured to hold and take or release the lower case.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de fabrication comprenant un bras de robot présentant une efficacité de production accrue et un équipement de fabrication dont la taille est considérablement réduite. Afin d'atteindre lesdits objectifs, un appareil de fabrication, selon la présente invention, est un appareil de fabrication comprenant un bras de robot afin de fabriquer un module batterie doté d'une pluralité de cellules de batterie cylindriques, et un logement de module doté d'un boîtier supérieur et d'un boîtier inférieur conçu pour recevoir la pluralité de cellules de batterie cylindriques. Le bras de robot comprend : un premier préhenseur conçu pour maintenir et saisir ou libérer la pluralité de cellules de batterie cylindriques ; un deuxième préhenseur conçu pour maintenir et saisir ou libérer le boîtier supérieur ; et un troisième préhenseur conçu pour maintenir et saisir ou libérer le boîtier inférieur.

본 발명은, 생산 효율을 높이고 제조장비의 크기를 획기적으로 줄인 로봇 아암을 포함하는 제조장치를 개시한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 제조장치는, 복수의 원통형 전지셀, 및 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀을 수용하도록 구성된 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스를 구비한 모듈 하우징을 구비하는 배터리 모듈을 제조하도록 로봇 아암을 포함하는 제조장치로서, 상기 로봇 아암은, 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀을 잡아 취하거나 놓을 수 있도록 구성된 제1 그립퍼; 상기 상부 케이스를 잡아 취하거나 놓을 수 있도록 구성된 제2 그립퍼; 및 상기 하부 케이스를 잡아 취하거나 놓을 수 있도록 구성된 제3 그립퍼를 포함한다.
