A method for evaluating an internal short, of the present invention, inserts ionic polymer-metal composites (IPMC) in a battery cell, and applies a voltage to an external conducting wire electrically connected to the IPMC, so as to induce an internal short by means of flexural deformation of the IPMC, thereby evaluating whether the internal short occurs. The method for evaluating an internal short, according to the present invention, inserts and positions, in a battery, the IPMC capable of operating even at room temperature and low voltages and adjusts the voltage, thereby having an advantage of enabling a short to occur at a desired position and area and for a desired period of time.

Un procédé d'évaluation d'un court-circuit interne de la présente invention, insère des composites polymère-métal ioniques (IPMC) dans un élément de batterie, et applique une tension à un fil conducteur externe connecté électriquement à l'IPMC, de manière à induire un court-circuit interne au moyen d'une déformation à la flexion de l'IPMC, ce qui permet d'évaluer si le court-circuit interne se produit. Le procédé d'évaluation d'un court-circuit interne, selon la présente invention, insère et positionne, dans une batterie, l'IPMC capable de fonctionner même à température ambiante et à basse tension et ajuste la tension, ce qui a pour avantage de permettre à un court-circuit de se produire à une position et une zone souhaitées et pendant une période de temps souhaitée.

본 발명의 내부 단락 평가방법은, 전지셀의 내부에 이온 고분자-금속 복합체(ionic polymer-metal composites, IPMC) 를 삽입하고, 상기 이온 고분자-금속 복합체와 전기적으로 연결된 외부 도선에 전압을 인가함으로 이온 고분자-금속 복합체의 굽힘 변형으로 인하여 내부 단락을 유도함으로 내부 단락 여부를 평가한다. 본 발명에 따른 내부 단락 평가방법은 상온 및 낮은 전압 하에서도 작동이 가능한 이온 고분자-금속 복합체(IPMC)를 전지 내에 삽입 및 위치시키고, 전압을 조절함으로써 원하는 위치, 면적 및 시간만큼의 단락이 가능한 이점이 존재한다.
