The present invention relates to a Hall sensor for adjusting a DC point of a current differentially output through a feedback voltage constantly output from a common mode feedback unit of a differential amplifier. The present invention uses a Hall plate in a current mode and adjusts the DC point of the current output from one Hall plate through the feedback voltage that is constantly output from the common mode feedback unit, and thus has the effect of being miniaturizable and usable at low voltages. In addition, the present invention does not include an additional CMFB and adjusts the DC point of the current through a CMFB provided in the differential amplifier, and thus has the effect of allowing the number of Hall sensor elements to be reduced.

La présente invention concerne un capteur à effet Hall pour ajuster un point CC d'un courant sorti différentiellement par l'intermédiaire d'une tension de rétroaction sortie de manière constante d'une unité de rétroaction de mode commun d'un amplificateur différentiel. La présente invention utilise une plaque à effet Hall dans un mode courant et ajuste le point CC du courant sorti d'une plaque à effet Hall par l'intermédiaire de la tension de rétroaction qui est constamment sortie de l'unité de rétroaction de mode commun, et a ainsi pour effet d'être miniaturisable et utilisable à basses tensions. De plus, la présente invention ne comprend pas de CMFB supplémentaire et ajuste le point CC du courant par l'intermédiaire d'un CMFB fourni dans l'amplificateur différentiel, et a ainsi pour effet de réduire le nombre d'éléments de capteur à effet Hall.

본 발명은 차동증폭기의 공통모드궤환부에서 일정하게 출력되는 궤환전압을 통해 차동으로 출력되는 전류의 DC점을 조절하는 홀 센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 홀플레이트를 전류모드로 사용하며, 공통모드궤환부에서 일정하게 출력되는 궤환전압을 통해 하나의 홀 플레이트에서 출력되는 전류의 DC점을 조절함으로서, 소형화와 저전압으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 추가적인 CMFB를 구비하지 않고, 차동증폭기에 구비된 CMFB를 통해 전류의 DC점을 조절함으로서, 홀 센서의 소자개수를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
