Abstract

The present invention relates to a highly flame retardant polymer composite composition and resin exhibiting high flame retardancy and excellent mechanical properties, extruded exterior appearance and processability, all at once, by comprising a polar polyolefin resin, a thermoplastic elastomer, a metal carbonate, organic silane, a silicone fluid or gum, a sulfur-based flame retardant, an antioxidant, a lubricant, etc. The polymer composite composition, provided by the present invention, is formed from an environmentally friendly material acceptable under environmental regulations reinforced around the world, and exhibits excellent flame retardancy having an oxygen index of 40% or higher.

La présente invention concerne une composition composite polymère hautement ignifuge et une résine présentant tout à la fois un caractère fortement ignifuge et d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques, un bel aspect extérieur extrudé et une remarquable aptitude au traitement. Ladite composition comprend une résine de polyoléfine polaire, un élastomère thermoplastique, un carbonate métallique, un silane organique, un fluide ou une gomme de silicone, un agent ignifuge à base de soufre, un antioxydant, un lubrifiant, etc. La composition composite polymère, selon la présente invention, est formée d'un matériau respectueux de l'environnement acceptable en vertu des réglementations environnementales renforcées en vigueur un peu partout dans le monde et présente un remarquable caractère ignifuge avec un indice d'oxygène égal ou supérieur à 40 %.

본 발명은 고난연성 고분자 복합 조성물 및 수지에 관한 것으로서, 극성 폴리올레핀 수지, 열가소성 엘라스토머, 금속 카보네이트, 유기실란, 실리콘 플루이드 또는 검, 유황계 난연제, 산화방지제, 활제 등을 포함하여 고난연성과 우수한 기계적 물성, 압출 외관 및 가공성을 동시에 나타내는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명이 제공하는 고분자 복합 조성물은 전 세계적으로 강화되는 환경규제에 맞출 수 있는 친환경 소재이며 산소지수 40% 이상의 우수한 난연성을 나타낸다.
