This invention introduces methods and mechanisms of partial integrity protection in mobile systems. A user equipment (UE), comprising: a memory configured to store instructions; and a processor configured to execute the instructions to: receive, from a network device, user plane data having integrity protection; send an error indication indicating an integrity protection error relating to the user plane data; and receive retransmitted user plane data from the network device with a reduced data rate, based on the error indication.

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des mécanismes de protection d’intégrité partielle dans des systèmes mobiles. Un équipement d’utilisateur (UE) comprend : une mémoire configurée pour stocker des instructions ; et un processeur configuré pour exécuter les instructions pour : recevoir, en provenance d’un dispositif de réseau, des données de plan d’utilisateur ayant une protection d’intégrité ; envoyer une indication d’erreur indiquant une erreur de protection d’intégrité relative aux données de plan d’utilisateur ; et recevoir, en provenance du dispositif de réseau, des données de plan d’utilisateur retransmises avec un débit de données réduit, sur la base de l’indication d’erreur.
