This soft magnetic powder comprises a Fe alloy containing Si, wherein the soft magnetic powder contains 0.1-15 mass% of Si, and the ratio (Si/Fe) of the atomic concentration of Si and the atomic concentration of Fe at a depth of 1 nm from the particle surface of the soft magnetic powder is 4.5-30.

La présente invention concerne une poudre magnétique douce comprenant un alliage de Fe contenant du Si, la poudre magnétique douce contenant de 0,1 à 15 % en masse de Si et le rapport (Si/Fe) de la concentration atomique de Si et de la concentration atomique de Fe à une profondeur de 1 nm à partir de la surface de particule de la poudre magnétique douce est de 4,5 à 30.
