The present invention provides an electromagnetic-wave producing device that includes a plurality of electromagnetic-wave producing elements, wherein the instantaneous maximum power consumption at the time of an electromagnetic-wave producing operation is reduced. Specifically, the electromagnetic-wave producing device includes: a plurality of electromagnetic-wave producing elements that are divided into a plurality of groups; and a control unit that oscillates the plurality of electromagnetic-wave producing elements while shifting the timings on a group basis. For example, the control unit oscillates the plurality of electromagnetic-wave producing elements such that, when the number of the plurality of groups is n, an oscillation start timing of the m-th oscillating group (m is a natural number of 2 to n) is set to be at the same time as or after an oscillation end timing of the m-1-th oscillating group.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production d'ondes électromagnétiques qui comprend une pluralité d'éléments produisant des ondes électromagnétiques, dans lequel la consommation d'énergie maximale instantanée au moment d'une opération de production d'ondes électromagnétiques est réduite. Plus précisément, le dispositif de production d'ondes électromagnétiques comprend: une pluralité d'éléments produisant des ondes électromagnétiques qui sont divisés en une pluralité de groupes; et une unité de commande qui fait osciller la pluralité d'éléments produisant des ondes électromagnétiques tout en décalant les synchronisations sur une base de groupe. Par exemple, l'unité de commande fait osciller la pluralité d'éléments produisant des ondes électromagnétiques de telle sorte que, lorsque le nombre de la pluralité de groupes est n, une synchronisation de début d'oscillation du m-ième groupe oscillant (m étant un nombre naturel de 2 à n) est réglée de façon à se produire en même temps que ou après une synchronisation d'extrémité d'oscillation du m-1-ième groupe oscillant.
