The present invention pertains to a window member comprising: a first glass plate having a thickness of at least 1.1 mm; and a radio wave permeable member that faces the main surface of the first glass plate. In a region provided with the radio wave permeable member in plan view, the transmittance T(F) of a radio wave which has a frequency F(GHz) and which enters the main surface of the first glass plate at an incidence angle of 67.5° satisfies a formula (1), within the range of 60GHz≤F≤100GHz.
