In areas where there is significant salt damage on fins of heat exchangers, it has been proposed to coat aluminum substrates with a corrosion-resistant organic film. However, if a substrate having a coating film formed thereon is cut during manufacturing of fins, a cut cross section is not coated and there may be a risk that corrosion progresses from the cut cross section. A fin (10) of a heat exchanger (4) is provided with: substrates (20) each including aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and an organic layer (25) disposed on the end surfaces (11) of the substrates (20).

Dans des zones où les ailettes des échangeurs de chaleur sont fortement endommagées par le sel, il a été proposé de revêtir des substrats d'aluminium avec un film organique résistant à la corrosion. Cependant, si un substrat sur lequel est formé un film de revêtement est sectionné pendant la fabrication d'ailettes, la section transversale sectionnée n'est pas revêtue et la corrosion risque de progresser à partir de la section transversale sectionnée. L'invention concerne une ailette (10) d'un échangeur de chaleur (4) comportant : des substrats (20) composés chacun d'aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium ; et une couche organique (25) disposée sur les surfaces d'extrémité (11) des substrats (20).

熱交換器のフィンに対して、塩害の著しい地域では、アルミニウムの基板の上に、耐食性有機膜をコーティングすることが提案されている。しかし、フィンを製造する際、コーティング膜の形成された基板を切断すると、切断面には、コーティングが施されておらず、切断面から腐食が進行する恐れがあった。熱交換器(4)のフィン(10)は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を含む基板(20)と、基板(20)の端面(11)に配置された有機物層(25)とを備える。
