The present invention enables improvement of fluorescence emission intensity and improvement of durability. An optical element according to the present invention is provided with a phosphor layer; the phosphor layer contains a first binder, phosphor particles that are dispersed in the binder, and first scattering particles that are dispersed in the binder; the phosphor particles produce fluorescence when excited; the first scattering particles are formed of solid particles and have wavelength dependence with respect to scattering; some of the excitation light transmits through the first scattering particles; and some of the fluorescence is reflected by the first scattering particles.

La présente invention permet d'améliorer l'intensité d'émission de fluorescence et la durabilité. Un élément optique selon la présente invention est pourvu d'une couche de phosphore. La couche de phosphore contient un premier liant, et des particules de phosphore ainsi que des premières particules de diffusion qui sont dispersées dans le liant, les particules de phosphore produisant une fluorescence lorsqu'elles sont excitées, les premières particules de diffusion étant formées de particules solides et dépendant, en termes de diffusion, de la longueur d'onde, une partie de la lumière d'excitation passant à travers les premières particules de diffusion, et une partie de la fluorescence étant réfléchie par les premières particules de diffusion.

蛍光発光強度および耐久性の向上を実現する。光学素子は、蛍光体層を備え、蛍光体層は、第1のバインダと、当該バインダ内に分散した蛍光体粒子と、当該バインダ内に分散した第1の散乱粒子とを含み、蛍光体粒子は、励起されて蛍光を発光し、第1の散乱粒子は中実の粒子からなり、散乱に関して波長依存性を備え、励起光の一部が、第1の散乱粒子を透過し、蛍光の一部が、第1の散乱粒子によって反射される。
