The refrigerant flow path switching unit (4) has: flow path switching valves (46, 47); a case (120) that houses the flow path switching valves (46, 47); and an electrical component box (140) that houses electrical components (148, 149) that control the flow path switching valves (46, 47). Box mounting parts (138, 157, 158, 162) for mounting the electrical component box (140) are formed on a plurality of surfaces (122, 123, 125, 126) of the case (120).

Selon la présente invention, une unité de commutation de trajet d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène (4) est disposée entre une unité de source de chaleur (2) et une unité d'utilisation (3) et commute l'écoulement d'un fluide frigorigène au niveau de l'unité d'utilisation (3).
