A biological component collection system and a circuit internal pressure acquisition method are provided, which are capable of accurately measuring the circuit internal pressure. A centrifugal separation device (14) of a blood component collection system (10A) is equipped with a first load detecting unit (88) that detects a load applied to a first applied load measurement unit (56) which partially makes up a line forming member (52) in a cassette attached state, an internal pressure calculation unit (116) that calculates an internal pressure of the first applied load measurement unit (56), using the load detected by the first load detecting unit (88) and internal pressure calculation data, during collection of the biological component. The internal pressure calculation unit (116), when calculating the internal pressure of the first applied load measurement unit (56), performs a calculation reflecting a change in the internal pressure calculation data depending on temperature.

L'invention concerne un système de collecte de composant biologique et un procédé d'acquisition de pression interne de circuit, qui sont aptes à mesurer avec précision la pression interne de circuit. Un dispositif de séparation centrifuge (14) d'un système de collecte de composant sanguin (10A) est pourvu d'une première unité de détection de charge (88) qui détecte une charge appliquée à une première unité de mesure de charge appliquée (56) qui constitue partiellement un élément de formation de ligne (52) dans un état fixé de cassette, une unité de calcul de pression interne (116) qui calcule une pression interne de la première unité de mesure de charge appliquée (56), à l'aide de la charge détectée par la première unité de détection de charge (88) et des données de calcul de pression interne, pendant la collecte du composant biologique. L'unité de calcul de pression interne (116), lors du calcul de la pression interne de la première unité de mesure de charge appliquée (56), effectue un calcul reflétant un changement dans les données de calcul de pression interne en fonction de la température.
