The present invention provides a rectangular electricity storage device which is reduced in weight, while ensuring the stiffness of an insulating sheet, and which ensures a space where an electrode body swells during the charging. A rectangular electricity storage device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: an electrode body (11) which comprises a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate and a separator that is arranged between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate; an insulating holder (30) which is obtained by shaping an insulating sheet (31) into a box shape, and in which the electrode body (11) is contained; a rectangular outer case which has an opening, and in which the electrode body (11) and the insulating holder (30) are contained; and a cover body which covers the opening of the outer case. The insulating sheet (31) comprises a porous body.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif accumulateur d'électricité rectangulaire dont le poids est réduit, tout en assurant la raideur d'une feuille isolante, et qui assure un espace où un corps d'électrode gonfle durant la charge. Un dispositif accumulateur d'électricité rectangulaire selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comporte : un corps d'électrode (11) qui comprend une plaque d'électrode positive, une plaque d'électrode négative et un séparateur qui est agencé entre la plaque d'électrode positive et la plaque d'électrode négative; un support isolant (30) qui est obtenu en mettant en forme une feuille isolante (31) sous forme d'un boîtier, et dans lequel le corps d'électrode (11) est contenu; une enceinte extérieure rectangulaire qui a une ouverture, et dans laquelle le corps d'électrode (11) et le support isolant (30) sont contenus; et un corps de couvercle qui recouvre l'ouverture de l'enceinte extérieure. La feuille isolante (31) comprend un corps poreux.
