This device for estimating the outer surface temperature of a radiating portion coil is provided in an ethylene generating cracking furnace (1) including a convection portion coil (8A) for preheating a hydrocarbon and steam, which are starting materials, the radiating portion coil (8B) which performs thermal cracking of the preheated hydrocarbon and steam, and a housing (2) accommodating the convection portion coil and the radiating portion coil, wherein the estimating device is equipped with: image capturing cameras (20) which capture images of an imaged region (60) of the radiating portion coil (8B); and an image analyzing device (22) which estimates the outer surface temperature of the radiating portion coil (8B) by processing output signals from the image capturing cameras (20).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'estimation de la température de surface externe d'une bobine de partie rayonnante qui est disposé dans un four de craquage générant de l'éthylène (1) comprenant une bobine de partie de convection (8A) pour préchauffer un hydrocarbure et de la vapeur, qui sont des matières de départ, la bobine de partie rayonnante (8B) qui réalise un craquage thermique de l'hydrocarbure et de la vapeur préchauffés, et un carter (2) recevant la bobine de partie de convection et la bobine de partie rayonnante, le dispositif d'estimation étant équipé : d'appareils de capture d'image (20) qui capturent des images d'une région imagée (60) de la bobine de partie rayonnante (8B); et un dispositif d'analyse d'image (22) qui estime la température de surface externe de la bobine de partie rayonnante (8B) par le traitement de signaux de sortie provenant des appareils de capture d'image (20).
