La présente invention permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de refroidissement d'un élément électroconducteur qui est formé en groupant une pluralité de fils et auquel un courant est tiré d'une borne d'introduction de courant. Une structure de borne d'introduction de courant (10) dans laquelle un courant est tiré d'une borne d'introduction de courant (12) à un élément électroconducteur (13) formé en groupant une pluralité de fils (34), l'élément électroconducteur (13) et la borne d'introduction de courant (12) électriquement connectés à l'élément électroconducteur étant disposés dans un boîtier (14) stockant de l'eau de refroidissement W et étant immergés dans l'eau de refroidissement W.
