This light-emitting device is provided in a vehicle. The light-emitting device is provided with a display unit and a light-emitting unit. The display unit includes a first light source, and a light guide plate which guides light from the first light source to form a first image in space. The light-emitting unit includes a second light source, and a light-emitting region which, in the vehicle longitudinal direction, overlaps with the first image at a position near the first image, and emits light from the second light source to outside of the vehicle.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent disposé dans un véhicule. Le dispositif électroluminescent selon l'invention est pourvu d'une unité d'affichage et d'une unité d'émission de lumière. L'unité d'affichage comprend une première source de lumière et une plaque de guidage de lumière destinée à guider la lumière provenant de la première source de lumière pour former une première image dans l'espace. L'unité d'émission de lumière selon l'invention comprend une deuxième source de lumière et une zone d'émission de lumière qui, dans le sens de la longueur du véhicule, chevauche la première image à un emplacement proche de la première image et émet de la lumière, de la deuxième source de lumière à l'extérieur du véhicule.
