Provided are: a surface treatment liquid with which it is possible to conduct a surface treatment of an object to be treated, so that water, upon contact with the treated surface, rapidly spreads on and wets the surface; a surface treatment method for treating an object using the surface treatment liquid; and a method for producing a roll-shaped sheet which has been surface-treated by the surface treatment method. The surface treatment liquid comprises a polymer (A) and a solvent (S), wherein the polymer (A) comprises a constituent unit (a1) which is derived from a monomer having a logP value of 0.5 or less and which has a hydrophilic group and a constituent unit (a2) derived from a monomer that gives a homopolymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 120°C or higher, and the polymer (A) has a weight-average molecular weight of 500-20,000.

L'invention concerne : un liquide de traitement de surface qui permet de réaliser un traitement de surface d'un objet à traiter, de sorte que l'eau, au contact de la surface traitée, s'étale rapidement et mouille la surface ; un procédé de traitement de surface pour traiter un objet à l'aide du liquide de traitement de surface ; et un procédé de production d'une feuille en forme de rouleau qui a été traitée en surface par le procédé de traitement de surface. Le liquide de traitement de surface comprend un polymère (A) et un solvant (S), le polymère (A) comprenant un motif constitutif (a1) qui est issu d'un monomère présentant une valeur logP de 0,5 ou moins et qui présente un groupe hydrophile et d'un motif constitutif (a2) issu d'un monomère qui donne un homopolymère présentant une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de 120°C ou plus, et le polymère (A) présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 500 à 20.000.

表面処理された被処理体の表面に水が接触した場合に、速やかに水が濡れ広がるような表面処理が可能である表面処理液と、当該表面処理液を用いる被処理体の表面処理方法と、当該表面処理方法により表面処理されたロール状シートの製造方法とを提供すること。 ポリマー(A)と、溶媒(S)とを含む表面処理液において、LogP値が0.5以下である単量体に由来し、且つ親水性基を有する構成単位(a1)と、単独重合体とした時にガラス転移温度(Tg)が120℃以上となる単量体に由来する構成単位(a2)とを有し、且つ重量平均分子量が、500以上20,000以下であるポリマー(A)を用いる。
