Provided is a heat radiating member which has excellent electrical insulation and excellent thermal conductivity. This heat radiating member is provided with: a substrate made of a composite material which includes a diamond and a metal phase; an insulating plate provided to at least a portion of the front and back surfaces of the substrate, and made of aluminum nitride; and a single-layered bonding layer interposed between the substrate and the insulating plate, and has a thermal conductivity of 400 W/mK.

L'invention concerne un élément de rayonnement de chaleur qui présente une excellente isolation électrique et une excellente conductivité thermique. Cet élément de rayonnement de chaleur est pourvu : d'un substrat fait d'un matériau composite qui comprend un diamant et une phase métallique ; d'une plaque isolante disposée sur au moins une partie des surfaces avant et arrière du substrat, et constituée de nitrure d'aluminium ; et d'une couche de liaison monocouche interposée entre le substrat et la plaque isolante, et a une conductivité thermique de 400 W/mK.
