La présente invention concerne procédé de fabrication d'un dissipateur thermique (1) pourvu d'une étape de correction des hauteurs de pointe d'une pluralité d'ailettes à broches (3). L'étape de correction consiste à corriger les hauteurs de pointe de la pluralité d'ailettes à broches (3) en pressant les ailettes à broches (3) dans la direction de la longueur des ailettes à broches avec un poinçon chauffé (11) tout en utilisant sa chaleur pour faire fondre les pointes (3a) de la pluralité d'ailettes à broches (3).
