This method for producing 1,3-propanediol includes culturing microorganisms that include the following genes: (a) a first gene encoding an enzyme that catalyzes an aldol reaction between pyruvic acid and aldehydes, (b) a second gene encoding an enzyme that catalyzes a decarboxylation reaction of α-keto acids, and (c) a third gene encoding an enzyme that catalyzes a reduction reaction of aldehydes, the microorganisms being cultured in the presence of a saccharide and formaldehyde to produce 1,3-propanediol.

Ce procédé de production de 1,3-propanediol comprend la culture de micro-organismes qui comprennent les gènes suivants : (a) un premier gène codant pour une enzyme qui catalyse une réaction aldolique entre l'acide pyruvique et les aldéhydes, (b) un second gène codant pour une enzyme qui catalyse une réaction de décarboxylation d'α-céto-acides, et (c) un troisième gène codant pour une enzyme qui catalyse une réaction de réduction des aldéhydes, les microorganismes étant cultivés en présence d'un saccharide et de formaldéhyde pour produire du 1,3-propanediol.

1,3-プロパンジオールの製造方法は、以下の遺伝子:(a)ピルビン酸とアルデヒドとのアルドール反応を触媒する酵素をコードする第1遺伝子、(b)α-ケト酸の脱炭酸反応を触媒する酵素をコードする第2遺伝子、および(c)アルデヒドの還元反応を触媒する酵素をコードする第3遺伝子を含む微生物を、糖類およびホルムアルデヒドの存在下で培養して、1,3-プロパンジオールを生産することを含む。
