The present invention relates to an energy storage device (200) comprising one or more energy storage cells (204) and at least one holder structure (205) adapted to store at least one energy storage cell (204) of said one or more energy storage cells (204). In the present invention, said at least one holder structure (205) comprises a composition containing, in weight percent, of a predetermined amount of at least one thermosettable material and an effective amount of at least one curing agent and a predetermined amount of a phase change material. Further, the present invention describes the method of manufacturing said at least holder structure (205) comprising high conductivity, high heat absorbing and dissipating capability, improved cooling mechanism, high thermal conductivity and characteristics resulting in minimal risk of electric short circuit between the one or more energy storage cells.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stockage d'énergie (200) comprenant une ou plusieurs cellules de stockage d'énergie (204) et au moins une structure support (205) conçue pour stocker au moins une cellule de stockage d'énergie (204) de ladite une ou desdites plusieurs cellules de stockage d'énergie (204). Dans la présente invention, ladite au moins une structure support (205) comprend une composition contenant, en pourcentage en poids, une quantité prédéterminée d'au moins un matériau thermodurcissable et une quantité efficace d'au moins un agent de durcissement et une quantité prédéterminée d'un matériau à changement de phase. En outre, la présente invention concerne le procédé de fabrication de ladite au moins une structure support (205) comprenant une conductivité élevée, une capacité élevée d'absorption et de dissipation de chaleur, un mécanisme de refroidissement amélioré, une conductivité thermique élevée et des caractéristiques conduisant à un risque minimal de court-circuit électrique entre ladite une ou lesdites plusieurs cellules de stockage d'énergie.
