Abstract

A driverless dedicated replenishment vehicle (DDRV) including a fuel cell generator for converting hydrogen gas to electrical energy, a first energy storage device configured to store hydrogen for conversion to electrical energy by the fuel cell generator, a receiver configured to receive data from at least one of: one or more vehicles within a predetermined radius of the DDRV, and a command center, power receiving means configured to enable reloading of hydrogen to the energy storage device, power transfer means configured for transferring energy from the first energy storage device to an energy supply of the one or more vehicles, and navigation control means configured for guiding the DDRV to a replenishment location based at least in part, on the received data.

La présente invention concerne un véhicule de réapprovisionnement dédié sans conducteur (DDRV) comprenant un générateur à pile à combustible destiné à convertir de l'hydrogène gazeux en énergie électrique, un premier dispositif de stockage d'énergie conçu pour stocker de l'hydrogène destiné à être converti en énergie électrique par le générateur de piles à combustible, un récepteur conçu pour recevoir des données en provenance d'au moins un véhicule parmi : un ou plusieurs véhicules à l'intérieur d'un rayon prédéterminé du DDRV, et un centre de commande, un moyen de réception d'énergie conçu pour permettre le rechargement de l'hydrogène vers le dispositif de stockage d'énergie, un moyen de transfert d'énergie conçu pour transférer de l'énergie du premier dispositif de stockage d'énergie à une alimentation en énergie du ou des véhicules, et un moyen de commande de navigation conçu pour guider le DDRV vers un emplacement de réapprovisionnement sur la base, au moins en partie, des données reçues.
