The invention relates to a device for monitoring the lifetime of at least one hydraulic apparatus of an aircraft that is subject to variations in hydraulic pressure during flight, comprising an interface for receiving measurement data which are representative of hydraulic pressure (P). The invention is characterised in that the device comprises a processing device, comprising a means for detecting a pressure (P) load (SOLLEND) of a damaging nature, which load is defined by the fact that the pressure (P) comprises a pressure increase (ΔPAUG) that is greater than a predetermined damage threshold (SΔP), followed by a pressure decrease (ΔPDIM) that is greater than the threshold (SΔP), a means for calculating a pressure variation magnitude that is equal to the maximum increase (ΔPAUG) and the maximum decrease (ΔPDIM), a means for projecting the magnitude onto a decreasing curve or straight line of a damage model in order to determine the permissible number of loads corresponding to the magnitude, a means for calculating a potential damage ratio that is equal to a number of reference loads divided by the permissible number, a means for increasing a count of accumulated ratios by said ratio.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance de durée de vie d'au moins un équipement hydraulique d'un aéronef soumis à des variations de pression hydraulique en vol, comportant une interface de réception de données de mesure représentatives de la pression hydraulique (P). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif comporte un dispositif de traitement, comportant un moyen pour détecter une sollicitation (SOLLEND) en pression (P) à caractère endommageant, définie par le fait que la pression (P) comporte une augmentation (ΔPAUG) de pression, supérieure à un seuil déterminé (SΔP) d'endommagement, suivie d'une diminution (ΔPDIM) de pression supérieure au seuil (SΔP), un moyen de calcul d'une amplitude de variation de pression, égale au maximum de l'augmentation (ΔPAUG) et de la diminution (ΔPDIM), un moyen pour projeter l'amplitude sur une courbe ou droite décroissante de modèle d'endommagement, pour déterminer le nombre admissible de sollicitations correspondant à l'amplitude, un moyen pour calculer un ratio de potentiel d'endommagement, égal à un nombre de sollicitations de référence,divisé par le nombre admissible, un moyen pour incrémenter par le ratio un compteur de cumul de ratios.
