A stove guard arrangement comprises sensors (102, 103) for detecting events on a stove and for providing detection data, and a programmable processing component (104) for analysing the detection data and for deriving a situational conclusion on the basis of the detection data. The situational conclusion indicates to what extent conditions corresponding to one or more specific alarm limits are met. The stove guard arrangement comprises means (105) for forming a wireless data transfer connection between said processing component (104) and a portable user device (204). The processing component (104) is arranged to transmit to the portable user device (204), over said wireless data transfer connection, up-to-date data on the derived situational conclusion even if all conditions corresponding to said alarm limit had not been met.

La présente invention concerne un système de protection de cuisinière comprenant des capteurs (102, 103) destinés à détecter des événements sur une cuisinière et à fournir des données de détection, et un composant de traitement programmable (104) destiné à analyser les données de détection et à tirer une conclusion de situation sur la base des données de détection. La conclusion de situation indique dans quelle mesure les conditions correspondant à une ou plusieurs limites d'alarme spécifiques sont satisfaites. Le système de protection de cuisinière comprend un moyen (105) destiné à créer une connexion de transfert de données sans fil entre ledit composant de traitement (104) et un dispositif d'utilisateur portable (204). Le composant de traitement (104) est conçu pour transmettre au dispositif d'utilisateur portable (204), sur ladite connexion de transfert de données sans fil, des données actualisées sur la conclusion de situation obtenue même si toutes les conditions correspondant à ladite limite d'alarme n'ont pas été satisfaites.
