The subject disclosure relates to techniques for automatically editing multimedia content and in particular, to producing expert quality multimedia compositions that match musical transitions with visual transitions and effects. In some aspects, a process of the disclosed technology includes steps for receiving image content items, receiving a cut vector including at least a first-cut time and a second-cut time, and automatically mixing the image content items to produce an edited multimedia sequence, wherein a begin time of the edited multimedia sequence corresponds with the first-cut time, and an end time of the edited multimedia sequence corresponds with the second-cut time. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

L'invention concerne des techniques pour éditer automatiquement un contenu multimédia et, en particulier, pour produire des compositions multimédia de qualité d'expert qui correspondent à des transitions musicales avec des transitions et des effets visuels. Selon certains aspects, un procédé de la technologie de l'invention comprend des étapes consistant à : recevoir des éléments de contenu d'image, recevoir un vecteur de coupure comprenant au moins un premier temps de coupure et un second temps de coupure, et mélanger automatiquement les éléments de contenu d'image afin de produire une séquence multimédia éditée, un temps de début de la séquence multimédia éditée correspondant au temps de première coupure, et un temps de fin de la séquence multimédia éditée correspondant au temps de seconde coupure. L'invention concerne également des systèmes et des supports lisibles par machine.
