The present invention relates to a non-dairy cheese composition comprising dietary fiber; non- animal protein, calcium and lipid, wherein the composition is devoid of additives, and wherein the composition has a moisture content of more than 45 wt% and less than 60 wt%. The invention also relates to a method preparing such compositions and uses thereof.

La présente invention concerne une composition de fromage non laitier comprenant une fibre alimentaire, une protéine non animale, du calcium et un lipide, la composition étant exempte d'additifs, et la composition ayant une teneur en humidité supérieure à 45 % en poids et inférieure à 60 % en poids. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de telles compositions et leurs utilisations.
