Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur extra- oder intrakorporalen Applikation an oder in einem menschlichen oder tierischen Körper zur Beeinflussung und/oder sensorischen Erfassung eines lokalen biologischen Milieus, mit einer flächigen, bioverträgliches Material aufweisenden Trägerstruktur und eine Trägerstrukturoberfläche aufweist, an der eine Elektrodenstruktur aufgebracht ist, die zumindest zwei jeweils einen lateralen Abstand zueinander aufweisende Elektrodenelemente aufweist, die das biologische Milieu gemeinsam mit der Trägerstrukturoberfläche lokal zu begrenzen vermag, sowie mit einer an oder in der Tragstruktur angeordneten Elektronikeinheit, die die Elektrodenstruktur elektrisch kontaktiert und eine vorgebbare elektrische Spannung zwischen den wenigstens zwei Elektrodenelementenzur Ausbildung jeweils als Elektrode und Gegenelektrode appliziert.

The invention relates to a device for extra- or intracorporeal application on or in a human or animal body for influencing and/or sensorially detecting a local biological environment, comprising a flat support structure having biocompatible material and having a support structure surface on which an electrode structure is attached, which has at least two electrode elements at a respective lateral distance to one another, and which can locally limit the biological environment together with the support structure surface, and comprising an electronics unit which is arranged on or in the support structure, electrically contacts the electrode structure and applies a predefinable electrical voltage between the at least two electrode elements to form a respective electrode and counter electrode.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'application extracorporelle ou intracorporelle sur ou dans un corps humain ou animal destiné à influencer et/ou détecter par des capteurs un milieu biologique local, ledit dispositif comprenant une structure de support plan pourvue d'un matériau biocompatible et une surface de structure de support sur laquelle une structure d'électrode est placée qui comporte au moins deux éléments d'électrode espacés latéralement l'un de l'autre, qui permet de limiter localement le milieu biologique conjointement avec la surface de structure de support, ainsi qu'une unité électronique disposée sur ou dans la structure de support et venant en contact électrique avec la structure d'électrode et appliquant une tension électrique spécifiable entre les au moins deux éléments d'électrode pour former respectivement une électrode et une contre-électrode.
