Abstract

The invention relates to a torsion spring driven injection device for ejecting set doses of a liquid drug. In a first aspect the torsion spring driven injection device is provided with a blocking structure which is operated by the rotatable display element such that the set dose can only be expelled when a certain minimum dose size has been set. In a second aspect the torsion spring driven injection device is provided with a release mechanism which secures that the set dose can only be expelled as one single full dose in one stroke. The two aspects can easily be combined such that the predetermined minimum dose size most be expelled as one single dose.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’injection entraîné par un ressort de torsion pour éjecter des doses définies d’un médicament liquide. Dans un premier aspect, le dispositif d’injection entraîné par un ressort de torsion est muni d’une structure de blocage qui fonctionne à l'aide de l’élément d’affichage pouvant tourner de sorte que la dose définie puisse uniquement être expulsée lorsqu’une certaine dimension de dose minimale a été définie. Dans un second aspect, le dispositif d’injection entraîné par un ressort de torsion est muni d’un mécanisme de libération qui garantit que la dose définie peut uniquement être expulsée sous la forme d’une dose complète unique en une seule course. Les deux aspects peuvent facilement être combinés de sorte que la dimension prédéterminée de dose minimale puisse être expulsée en une dose unique.
