Die vorliegende Erfindung umfasst ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Graphen, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst. Bereitstellen einer Extrusionsvorrichtung, Zuführen von Graphit als ersten Stoff in die Extrusionsvorrichtung, Zuführen wenigstens eines zweiten Stoffs in die Extrusionsvorrichtung, wobei der zweite Stoff als kontinuierliche Phase im Extrusionsprozess dient, sowie Extrudieren der beiden Stoffe unter Umwandlung des Graphits in Graphen, wobei das Graphen als dispergierte Phase extrudiert wird. Dadurch wird eine effiziente und wirtschaftliche Großmengenproduktion von Graphen ermöglicht.

The invention relates to a method for producing graphene, comprising the following steps: providing an extrusion device, feeding graphite as a first material into the extrusion device, feeding at least one second material into the extrusion device, the second material being used as a continuous phase in the extrusion process, and extruding the two materials with conversion of the graphite into graphene, the graphene being extruded as a dispersed phase. Efficient and economical large-scale production of graphene is thereby enabled.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de graphène comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer un dispositif d'extrusion, acheminer du graphite comme première matière dans le dispositif d'extrusion, acheminer au moins une deuxième matière dans le dispositif d'extrusion, la deuxième matière servant de phase continue lors du processus d'extrusion, puis extruder les deux matières avec transformation du graphite en graphène, le graphène étant extrudé sous forme de phase dispersée. Le graphène peut ainsi être produit en grande quantité de manière efficace et économique.
