Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schichtverbund aus einer unteren Basislack- und einer darüber angeordneten Decklackschicht auf einem Substrat, wobei der Basislack zu größer oder gleich 50 Gew.-% und kleiner 100 Gew.-% Polymere ausgesucht aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyacrylaten, Polyurethanen, Polyetherpolyolen, Polycarbonatpolyolen, Polyesterpolyolen, Melaminharzen, Alkydharzen oder Mischungen daraus; die Decklackschicht zu größer oder gleich 40 Gew.-% und kleiner oder gleich 100 Gew.-% silangruppen-enthaltende Prepolymere und/oder deren Vernetzungsprodukte; und der Basislack zu größer oder gleich 0,5 Gew.-% und kleiner oder gleich 15 Gew.-% silangruppen-enthaltende Prepolymere und/oder deren Vernetzungsprodukte enthält und wobei die silangruppen-enthaltenden Prepolymere und/oder deren Vernetzungsprodukte mindestens eine Thiourethan- und/oder Urethaneinheit im Molekül aufweisen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Schichtverbundes sowie ein Fahrzeug oder ein Fahrzeugkarosserieteil mit einem ebensolchen Schichtverbund.

The present invention relates to a layer composite comprising a lower base paint layer and a cover layer arranged thereabove on a substrate, wherein the base paint is greater than or equal to 50 wt.% and less than 100 wt.% of polymers selected from the group consisting of polyacrylates, polyurethanes, polyether polyols, polycarbonate polyols, polyester polyols, melamine resins, alkyd resins or mixtures thereof; the cover layer is greater than or equal to 40 wt.% and less than or equal to 100 wt.% of prepolymers containing silane groups and/or the crosslinking products thereof; and the base paint is greater than or equal to 0.5 wt.% and less than or equal to 15 wt.% of prepolymers containing silane groups and/or the crosslinking products thereof, and wherein the prepolymers containing silane groups and/or the crosslinking products thereof have at least one thiourethane and/or urethane unit in the molecule. The invention further relates to a method for producing a claimed layer composite and to a vehicle or a vehicle body part having such a layer composite.

La présente invention concerne un composite stratifié composé d’une couche de peinture de base inférieure et d’une couche de peinture de recouvrement appliquée dessus sur un substrat, la couche de base ayant une teneur en polymères supérieure ou égale à 50% en poids et inférieure à 100% en poids, lesdits polymères étant sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant polyacrylates, polyuréthanes, polyéther polyols, polycarbonate polyols, polyester polyols, résines de mélanine, résines alkyde ou leurs mélanges; la couche de peinture de recouvrement ayant une teneur en prépolymères contenant des groupes silane et/ou leurs produits de réticulation supérieure ou égale à 40% en poids et inférieure ou égale à 100% en poids, et la peinture de base ayant une teneur en prépolymères contenant des groupes silane et/ou leurs produits de réticulation supérieure ou égale à 0,5% en poids ou inférieure ou égale à 15% en poids, et les prépolymères contenant des groupes silane et/ou leurs produits de réticulation comportant au moins une fraction thio-uréthane et/ou uréthane dans la molécule. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un composite stratifié selon l'invention ainsi qu'un véhicule ou un élément de carrosserie de véhicule muni d'un composite stratifié du même type.
