Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Erfassen eines geometrischen Merkmals von übereinstimmenden Formteilen in einem optischen Inspektionssystem. Um unabhängig von der Dauer des Transports der aus einem Formwerkzeug einer Gießmaschine entformten Formteile zu dem Inspektionssystem zuverlässig geometrische Merkmale der Formteile zu bestimmen, berücksichtigt die Erfindung die unterschiedlichen Stadien der Abkühlung aufgrund der unterschiedlich langen Transportdauer der einzelnen entformten Formteile zu dem Inspektionssystem, indem in dem Inspektionssystem nicht nur das mindestens eine geometrische Merkmal erfasst, sondern außerdem die Temperatur jedes Formteils berührungslos gemessen wird, während die Formteile das Inspektionssystem durchlaufen. Die erfassten geometrischen Merkmale werden mit Hilfe einer Kalibrierfunktion unter Berücksichtigung der gemessenen Temperaturen korrigiert.

The invention relates to a method and a device for detecting a geometric feature of consistent molded parts in an optical inspection system. In order to reliably determine geometric features of the molded parts independently of the duration of transport of the molded parts removed from a molding tool of a casting machine to the inspection system, the invention takes into account the different stages of cooling due to the different durations of transport of the individual removed molded parts to the inspection system, in that not only the at least one geometric feature is detected in the inspection system, but that also the temperature of each molded part is measured without contact while the molded parts pass through the inspection system. The detected geometric features are corrected with the aid of a calibration function taking into account the measured temperatures.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de détection d'une caractéristique géométrique de pièces moulées concordantes dans un système d'inspection optique. L'invention vise à définir, indépendamment de la durée du transport des pièces moulées démoulées d'un moule d'une machine de coulée vers le système d'inspection, de manière fiable des caractéristiques géométriques des pièces moulées. L'invention tient compte à cet effet des différents stades du refroidissement en raison du temps de transport différent des diverses pièces moulées démoulées vers le système d'inspection en ce que non seulement la ou les caractéristiques géométriques sont détectées mais la température de chaque pièce moulée est par ailleurs également mesurée sans contact dans le système d'inspection alors que les pièces moulées traversent le système d'inspection. Les caractéristiques géométriques détectées sont corrigées à l'aide d'une fonction d’étalonnage en tenant compte des températures mesurées.
