Abstract

Ein Sensorsystem für eine Baumaschine, insbesondere ein Straßenfertiger umfasst einen Laserscanner und eine Auswerteeinheit. Der Laserscanner ist auf der Baumaschine oder dem Straßenfertiger selbst anordenbar und ausgebildet, um einen vorgegebenen Winkelbereich nach Objekten abzusuchen und um entsprechend der Abstandswerte, die den Abstand zu den einen oder mehreren Objekten beschreiben, zusammen mit entsprechenden Intensitätswerten, die eine Intensität einer sich an den einen oder mehreren Objekten einstellenden Reflexion beschreiben, über Winkel des vorgegebenen Winkelbereichs zu ermitteln. Die Auswerteeinheit ist ausgebildet, um ausgehend von einem bekannten Muster, umfassend die Abstandswerte und die Intensitätswerte über die Winkel, ein Objekt als Referenz zusammen mit zugehörigen Winkeln zu erkennen. Ferner ist die Auswerteeinheit dazu ausgebildet, einen Abstand zu der Referenz und/oder einen Winkel gegenüber der Referenz zu bestimmen.

A sensor system for a construction machine, in particular a road paver, comprises a laser scanner and an evaluation unit. The laser scanner can be arranged on the construction machine or the road paver itself and is designed to search a predefined angle range for objects and to determine said objects over angles of the predefined angle range in accordance with the distance values, which describe the distance to the one or more objects, together with corresponding intensity values which describe an intensity of a reflection at the one or more objects. The evaluation unit is designed to identify an object as a reference, together with associated angles, on the basis of a known pattern comprising the distance values and the intensity values over the angles. The evaluation unit is also designed to determine a distance to the reference and/or an angle with respect to the reference.

L'invention concerne un système de capteurs pour une machine de construction, notamment un finisseur de route, comprenant un dispositif de balayage à laser et une unité d'interprétation. Le dispositif de balayage à laser peut être disposé sur la machine de construction ou sur le finisseur de route lui-même et il est configuré pour rechercher des objets dans une plage angulaire prédéfinie et pour les déterminer en fonction des valeurs de distance, qui décrivent la distance par rapport auxdits objets, conjointement avec des valeurs d'intensité correspondantes, qui décrivent une intensité de réflexion qui s'établit au niveau desdits objets, sur les angles de la plage angulaire prédéfinie. L'unité d'interprétation est conçue pour reconnaître un objet comme référence conjointement avec les angles associés en s'appuyant sur un modèle connu comprenant les valeurs de distance et les valeurs d'intensité sur les angles. L'unité d'interprétation est en outre conçue pour déterminer une distance par rapport à la référence et/ou un angle par rapport à la référence.
