Die Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von kornorientierten Stahlflachprodukten für elektromagnetische Anwendungen ("Elektro- Stahlflachprodukten") zur Verfügung, die zuverlässig eine allenfalls in einem engen Toleranzfenster variierende Oberflächenbeschaffenheit aufweisen und sich für ein unaufwändiges, maschinell-automatisch erfolgendes Stapeln eignen. Hierzu sieht das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren vor, dass a) ein Elektro-Stahlflachprodukt bereitgestellt wird, das an mindestens einer seiner Oberflächen eine Isolationsschicht aufweist, und b) auf der Isolationsschicht eine weniger als 5 μm dicke Lackschicht erzeugt wird. Ein erfindungsgemäßes kornorientiertes Stahlflachprodukt umfasst dementsprechend ein Stahlsubstrat, optional eine darauf erzeugte Forsterit-Schicht, eine auf das Stahlsubstrat oder die optional vorhandene Forsterit-Schicht aufgetragene Isolationsschicht und eine auf die Isolationsschicht aufgetragene Lackschicht, die höchstens 5 μm dick ist und zu mehr als 50 Gew.-% aus organischen Bestandteilen zusammengesetzt ist. Aufgrund ihrer erfindungsgemäß erzeugten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit eignen sich derartige Stahlflachprodukte insbesondere zur Bildung von Kernblech-Stapeln für Transformatoren.

The invention relates to a method for producing grain-oriented flat steel products for electromagnetic applications (electrical flat steel products), said products reliably having a surface quality which varies within a narrow tolerance window at most and being suitable for a machine-automated stacking process with little complexity. For this purpose, the method according to the invention has the steps of a) providing an electric flat steel product which has an insulating layer on at least one surface, and b) producing a lacquer layer with a thickness of less than 5 μm on the insulating layer. A grain-oriented flat steel product according to the invention accordingly comprises a steel substrate, optionally a forsterite layer produce thereon, an insulating layer which is applied onto the steel substrate or the optionally provided forsterite layer, and a lacquer layer which is applied onto the insulating layer and has a maximum thickness of 5 μm and more than 50 wt.% of which consists of organic components. By virtue of the surface quality produced according to the invention, such flat steel products are suitable in particular for the production of core lamination stacks for transformers.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de produits plats en acier à grains orientés pour des utilisations électromagnétiques (« produits plats en acier électriques »), qui présentent de manière fiable une nature de surfaces variant dans tous les cas au sein d'une étroite fenêtre de tolérance et sont adaptés en vue d'un empilement peu coûteux à automatisation mécanique. Le procédé selon l'invention prévoit à cet effet a) de fournir un produit plat en acier électrique, qui comporte sur au moins une de ses surfaces une couche d'isolation, et b) de générer sur la couche d'isolation une couche de peinture présentant une épaisseur inférieure à 5 μm. Un produit plat en acier à grains orientés selon l'invention comprend de manière correspondante un substrat en acier, en option une couche de forstérite générée sur celui-ci, une couche d'isolation appliquée sur le substrat en acier ou la couche de forstérite présente en option, et une couche de peinture appliquée sur la couche d'isolation, qui présente une épaisseur maximale de 5 μm et est composée de constituants organiques à plus de 50 % en poids. Des produits en acier plats de ce type sont particulièrement adaptés en raison de la nature de leurs surfaces générée selon l'invention pour former des empilements de tôles de noyau pour des transformateurs.
