Disclosed in the present invention is a polyether polyol refining method, comprising (1) neutralising or diluting crude polyether polyol to obtain a mixed solution; (2) flowing the mixed solution through a hydrophilic medium to aggregate same into a first density phase liquid and a second density phase liquid, the first density phase liquid being an aqueous solution containing alkaline metal ions and/or alkaline earth metal ions, and the second density phase liquid being polyether polyol; and (3) allowing the first density phase liquid to settle and separating same from the second density phase liquid to obtain refined polyether polyol. In the present refining method, using the hydrophilic medium for one-step removal of the alkaline ions and water in the polyether polyol simplifies the treatment steps, increases treatment efficiency, and can prevent polyether polyol loss; the obtained polyether polyol has low alkaline ion content and little odour. Also disclosed in the present invention is a polyether polyol refining apparatus, comprising a mixing unit and a separating unit, and being capable of refining polyether polyol with low alkaline ion content and little odour.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de raffinage de polyol de polyéther, comprenant (1) la neutralisation ou la dilution de polyol de polyéther brut pour obtenir une solution mixte; (2) l'écoulement de la solution mixte à travers un milieu hydrophile pour l'agréger en une phase liquide d'une première densité et une phase liquide d'une seconde densité, la phase liquide d'une première densité étant une solution aqueuse contenant des ions de métal alcalin et/ou des ions de métal alcalino-terreux, et la phase liquide d'une seconde densité étant un polyol de polyéther; et (3) la décantation de la phase liquide d'une première densité et sa séparation de la phase liquide d'une seconde densité pour obtenir du polyol de polyéther raffiné. Dans le présent procédé de raffinage, l'utilisation du milieu hydrophile pour une élimination en une étape des ions alcalins et de l'eau du polyol de polyéther simplifie les étapes de traitement, augmente l'efficacité de traitement, et permet d'empêcher la perte de polyol de polyéther; le polyol de polyéther obtenu présente un faible teneur en ions alcalins et une faible odeur. La présente invention concerne également un appareil de raffinage de polyol de polyéther, comprenant une unité de mélange et une unité de séparation, et étant apte à raffiner un polyol de polyéther avec un faible teneur en ions alcalins et une faible odeur.

本发明公开了一种聚醚多元醇的精制方法,包括(1)粗聚醚多元醇经中和或稀释处理,得到混合溶液;(2)使混合溶液流经亲水性介质,聚集为第一密度相液体和第二密度相液体,第一密度相液体是含有碱金属离子和/或碱土金属离子的水溶液,第二密度相液体为聚醚多元醇;(3)第一密度相液体沉降,与第二密度相液体分离,得到精制的聚醚多元醇。上述的精制方法,利用亲水性介质一步去除了聚醚多元醇中的碱性离子与水分,简化了处理步骤、提高了处理效率,能够避免聚醚多元醇损失,得到的聚醚多元醇中碱性离子含量低、气味小。本发明公开了一种聚醚多元醇的精制装置,包括混合单元和分离单元,能够用于精制碱性离子含量低、气味小的聚醚多元醇。
