Disclosed are an organic barrier film, a preparation method of the organic barrier film, and a quantum dot device. The organic barrier film comprises a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, and an oxygen barrier layer arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The oxygen barrier layer comprises polyvinyl alcohol, and a chemical cross-linking is formed between the adhesive layer and the oxygen barrier layer. The present invention achieves the following beneficial effect: the formation of a chemical cross-linking between an adhesive layer and an oxygen barrier layer improves the adhesive force of the oxygen barrier layer on the surface of the substrate layer.

L’invention concerne une pellicule de barrière organique, un procédé de préparation de pellicule de barrière organique, et un dispositif à points quantiques. La pellicule de barrière organique comprend une couche de substrat, une couche adhésive, et une couche de barrière à l’oxygène agencées séquentiellement de haut en bas. La couche de barrière à l’oxygène comprend de l’alcool de polyvinyle, et une réticulation chimique est formée entre la couche adhésive et la couche de barrière à l’oxygène. La présente invention permet d’obtenir l’effet bénéfique suivant : la formation d’une réticulation chimique entre une couche adhésive et une couche de barrière à l’oxygène améliore la force adhésive de la couche de barrière à l’oxygène sur la surface de la couche de substrat.

本发明公开了有机阻隔膜、有机阻隔膜的制备方法以及量子点器件。其中,有机阻隔膜包括顺序层叠设置的基材层、粘结层以及阻氧层,阻氧层包括聚乙烯醇,粘结层与阻氧层之间形成化学交联。本发明的有益效果在于:粘结层与阻氧层之间形成化学交联,提高了阻氧层在基材层表面的附着力。
