Abstract

A ceramics bottom grinding machine comprises a base frame (1), a clamp support (2), a reciprocating control mechanism (3), a lifting clamp (4), a transmission wheel (5), a toggle switch (6), and a grinder (7). The base frame (1) comprises an operation panel (1-1), an L-shaped frame (1-2), columns (1-3), a suspension frame (1-4), a short support arm (1-5), a C-shaped frame (1-6), and support legs (1-7). Two ends of the L-shaped frame (1-2) are fixedly connected to a top surface of the operation panel (1-1) by means of two columns (1-3). A cross bar of the suspension (1-4) is fixedly connected to a middle portion of a rear end of the L-shaped frame (1-2). The short support arm (1-5) is fixedly connected to a bottom end of a vertical bar of the suspension (1-4). A top end of the C-shaped frame (1-6) is fixedly connected to a left side surface of the short support arm (1-5). A support leg (1-7) is fixedly connected to each of four corners of a bottom surface of the operation panel (1-1). The reciprocating control mechanism (3) drives the clamp support (2) and the clamp (4) to move, such that the clamp (4) causes a ceramic product to perform reciprocating linear movements. In addition, a grinding disc (7-9) is rotated to grind the bottom of the ceramic product, such that a surface is uniformly ground by the grinding disc (7-9).

L'invention concerne une machine de meulage de fond en céramique comprenant un châssis de base (1), un support de pince (2), un mécanisme de commande de va-et-vient (3), une pince de levage (4), une roue de transmission (5), un commutateur à bascule (6) et une meuleuse (7).
