Disclosed by the present invention is a method for improving the glass feeling of the surface of diammonium phosphate, comprising the following steps: in a conventional method for producing diammonium phosphate by using phosphoric acid, boric acid which accounts for 0.05-0.20% by mass of the phosphoric acid in a neutralization tank is added into the neutralization tank, the boric acid being a weak acid. The method according to the present invention is mainly used for improving properties such as transparency, luster and strength of diammonium phosphate particles, and may simultaneously allow the diammonium phosphate to contain boron microelements, have fertilizer efficiency to many crops, improve the crop quality, increase yield, and have insecticidal and catalyst effects.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration de la sensation vitreuse de la surface du phosphate de diammonium, comprenant les étapes suivantes : dans un procédé classique de production de phosphate de diammonium au moyen d'acide phosphorique, de l'acide borique qui représente de 0,05 à 0,20 % en masse de l'acide phosphorique dans une cuve de neutralisation est ajouté dans la cuve de neutralisation, l'acide borique étant un acide faible. Le procédé selon la présente invention est principalement utilisé pour améliorer des propriétés telles que la transparence, l'éclat et la résistance des particules de phosphate de diammonium, et peut simultanément permettre au phosphate de diammonium de contenir des micro-éléments de bore, d'être efficace en tant qu'engrais pour de nombreuses cultures, d'améliorer la qualité des récoltes, d'augmenter le rendement et d'avoir des effets insecticides et catalytiques.

本发明公开了一种提高磷酸二铵的表面玻璃感的方法,包括以下步骤:在磷酸生产磷酸二铵的常规方法中,其特征在于:在中和槽中添加一种占中和槽磷酸质量的0.05~0.20%的硼酸,硼酸为弱酸。本发明方法主要改善磷酸二铵粒子的透感、光泽、强度等性能,同时能够使磷酸二铵中含硼微量元素,对许多作物有肥效,能增进作物品质和提高产量。而且还具有杀虫和催化剂效果。
