A pump body component, a variable-capacity compressor and an air regulation system. The pump body component comprises a first compression portion (1), a second compression portion (2) and a partition plate (3); the first compression portion (1) and the second compression portion (2) are stacked into a whole body by means of a rotary shaft (4) and both use the partition plate (3); the first compression portion (1) comprises a first cylinder (11), a first roller (12), a first sliding sheet (13) and a first bearing (14); the first roller (12) is eccentrically installed on the rotary shaft (4) and in the first cylinder (11) and forms a first working chamber; the first sliding sheet (13) is inserted into a first sliding sheet groove (111), and the head end of the first sliding sheet (13) abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the first roller (12) to divide the first working chamber into an air suction chamber and an exhaust chamber; the first sliding sheet groove (111) is provided with a pneumatic drive chamber for the first sliding sheet (13); the pneumatic drive chamber comprises a tail end accommodating portion (112) and a capacity enlarging portion (113); and the capacity enlarging portion (113) is in communication with the tail end accommodating portion (112). The present structure may greatly lower the pressure pulsation in a sealing chamber of the sliding sheet groove and reduce the contact force between the sliding sheet and the roller, thereby reducing the noise when operating and improving the reliability.

L'invention concerne un composant de corps de pompe, un compresseur à capacité variable et un système de régulation d'air. Le composant de corps de pompe comprend une première partie de compression (1), une seconde partie de compression (2) et une plaque de séparation (3) ; la première partie de compression (1) et la seconde partie de compression (2) sont empilées en un corps entier au moyen d'un arbre rotatif (4), et toutes deux utilisent la plaque de séparation (3) ; la première partie de compression (1) comprend un premier cylindre (11), un premier rouleau (12), une première plaque coulissante (13) et un premier palier (14) ; le premier rouleau (12) est installé de manière excentrique sur l'arbre rotatif (4) et dans le premier cylindre (11), et forme une première chambre de travail ; la première plaque coulissante (13) est insérée dans une première rainure de plaque coulissante (111), et l'extrémité de tête de la première plaque coulissante (13) bute contre la paroi périphérique externe du premier rouleau (12) pour diviser la première chambre de travail en une chambre d'aspiration d'air et une chambre d'échappement ; la première rainure de plaque coulissante (111) comporte une chambre d'entraînement pneumatique pour la première plaque coulissante (13) ; la chambre d'entraînement pneumatique comprend une partie de réception d'extrémité arrière (112) et une partie d'augmentation de capacité (113) ; et la partie d'augmentation de capacité (113) est en communication avec la partie de réception d'extrémité arrière (112). 一种泵体组件、变容压缩机及空气调节系统。泵体组件包括第一压缩部(1)、第二压缩部(2)、隔板(3),第一压缩部(1)与第二压缩部(2)通过转轴(4)叠装于一体且共用隔板(3),第一压缩部(1)包括第一气缸(11)、第一滚子(12)、第一滑片(13)、第一轴承(14),第一滚子(12)偏心装设于转轴(4)上且处于第一气缸(11)内且形成第一工作腔,第一滑片(13)插装于第一滑片槽(111)中,且第一滑片(13)的首端与第一滚子(12)的外周壁抵接将第一工作腔分隔为吸气腔及排气腔,第一滑片槽(111)具有第一滑片(13)的气力驱动腔,且气力驱动腔包括尾端容纳部(112)、扩容部(113),扩容部(113)与尾端容纳部(112)贯通。该结构可以大幅降低滑片槽密封腔内压力脉动,降低滑片与滚子之间的接触力,进而降低运行噪音,提高可靠性。
