Abstract

A mobile food serving device for a robot, comprising a tray (1), a support frame (2), a base body (7), and collision alarm devices (6). The base body is a rectangular base. The support frame is connected to the upper end face of the base body. The support frame is a rectangular frame structure. The support frame comprises support frame fixing blocks (5) and support rods. Four support rods are provided respectively at the four corners of the upper end face of the base body. The bottoms of the support rods are all fixedly welded to the support frame fixing blocks. The support frame fixing blocks are fixedly connected to the base body by means of bolts (4). The tray is placed on the inner sides of the support rods. Each support rod is equidistantly provided with four first fixing holes (3) along a vertical direction. The collision alarm devices (6) are respectively provided on the front and rear sides of the base body. The mobile food serving device for a robot features a reasonable structure and high overall efficiency, reduces the operation costs, and can well satisfy requirements during actual usage.

Un dispositif de service d'aliment mobile pour un robot comprend un plateau (1), un cadre de support (2), un corps de base (7) et des dispositifs d'alarme de collision (6). Le corps de base est une base rectangulaire. Le cadre de support est relié à la face d'extrémité supérieure du corps de base. Le cadre de support est une structure de cadre rectangulaire. Le cadre de support comprend des blocs de fixation de cadre de support (5) et des tiges de support. Quatre tiges de support sont disposées respectivement aux quatre coins de la face d'extrémité supérieure du corps de base. Les bases des tiges de support sont tous soudés de manière fixe aux blocs de fixation de cadre de support. Les blocs de fixation de cadre de support sont reliés de manière fixe au corps de base au moyen de boulons (4). Le plateau est placé sur les côtés internes des tiges de support. Chaque tige de support est pourvue de quatre premiers trous de fixation (3) le long d'une direction verticale. Les dispositifs d'alarme de collision (6) sont respectivement disposés sur les côtés avant et arrière du corps de base. Le dispositif de service d'aliment mobile pour un robot présente une structure raisonnable et un rendement global élevé, réduit les coûts de fonctionnement, et peut bien satisfaire des exigences pendant une utilisation réelle.

一种机器人用移动送餐装置,包括托盘(1)、支架(2)、底座本体(7)和碰撞报警装置(6),所述底座本体为矩形座,所述底座本体上端面固定连接有支架,所述支架为矩形框架结构,所述支架包括支架固定块(5)和支杆,所述支杆设置有四组,分别竖直设置在底座本体上端面的四角,支杆底端均固定焊接有支架固定块,所述支架固定块通过螺栓(4)与底座本体固定连接,所述支杆内侧放置有托盘,在每组所述支杆上均开设有第一固定孔(3),所述第一固定孔上下等距设置有四组,所述底座本体前后两端分别设置有碰撞报警装置(6)。该机器人用移动送餐装置,结构合理,整体效率高,降低了运营成本,可以很好的满足实际使用的需要。
