The present invention relates to the field of image processing techniques. Disclosed are an image recognition method and device, a terminal apparatus, and a medical system. The image recognition method disclosed in the present invention comprises: using a first recognition model to determine whether a medical image indicates a pathological change; and using a second recognition model to perform advanced recognition on the medical image showing a pathological change so as to obtain a pathological change degree recognition result indicating a degree of the pathological change indicated in the medical image. The present invention eliminates the need to perform manual analysis and formulate a feature extraction solution, thereby enhancing efficiency and precision of medical image recognition.

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des techniques de traitement d'image. L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de reconnaissance d'image, un appareil terminal et un système médical. Le procédé de reconnaissance d'image selon la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : utiliser un premier modèle de reconnaissance pour déterminer si une image médicale indique un changement pathologique ; et utiliser un second modèle de reconnaissance pour effectuer une reconnaissance avancée sur l'image médicale présentant un changement pathologique de façon à obtenir un résultat de reconnaissance de degré de changement pathologique indiquant un degré du changement pathologique indiqué dans l'image médicale. La présente invention élimine le besoin d'effectuer une analyse manuelle et de formuler une solution d'extraction de caractéristiques, ce qui améliore ainsi l'efficacité et la précision de la reconnaissance d'image médicale.

本发明属于图像处理技术领域,公开了一种影像识别的方法、装置、终端设备和医疗系统,本发明公开的一种影像识别的方法包括,通过第一识别模型判别医疗影像是否为包括病变的医疗影像,然后,通过第二识别模型对包括病变的医疗影像进行进一步识别,获得病变程度识别结果,以指示医疗影像所包括的病变的程度。这不需要人工进行分析以及定制特征抽取方案,提高了医疗影像识别的效率和精确度。
