Disclosed are a long-acting sustained-release polycarboxylic acid set-retarding agent and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising the following steps: (1) esterification: reacting methacrylic acid, saturated acid and 3-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) amino-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid under the action of a catalyst to obtain unsaturated esterified small monomers; (2) putting cumenyl polyoxyethylene ether, unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, diethyl 3-butenylphosphonate, etc. in a substrate material, and then, separately dropping a photoinitiator (a first solution), a chain transfer agent, an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, an unsaturated esterified small monomer, and an unsaturated carboxylate (a second solution) dissolved in deionized water to the substrate material for reaction and polymerization; and (3) after the heat preservation is completed, adding a pH adjusting solution for neutralization to obtain the product. The set-retarding agent prepared by the present invention has a good slump constant retention capability over a long period of time.

L'invention concerne un agent retardateur de prise à libération prolongée à action prolongée à base de poly(acide carboxylique) et un procédé pour sa préparation, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) estérification : réaction d'acide méthacrylique, d'un acide saturé et d'acide 3-bis (2-hydroxyéthyl)amino-2-hydroxypropanesulfonique sous l'action d'un catalyseur pour obtenir de petits monomères estérifiés insaturés ; (2) introduction de cuménylpolyoxyéthylène-éther, d'acide monocarboxylique insaturé, de 3-buténylphosphonate de diéthyle, etc. dans un matériau de substrat, puis, ajout goutte à goutte, séparément, d'un photo-initiateur (une première solution), d'un agent de transfert de chaîne, d'un acide monocarboxylique insaturé, d'un petit monomère estérifié insaturé et d'un carboxylate insaturé (une deuxième solution) dissous dans de l'eau désionisée au matériau de substrat pour une réaction et une polymérisation ; et (3) après la fin de la conservation de chaleur, ajout d'une solution de réglage du pH pour la neutralisation pour obtenir le produit. L'agent retardateur de prise préparé par la présente invention présente une bonne capacité de rétention de constante d'affaissement sur une longue période de temps.

本发明公开了一种长效缓释型聚羧酸保坍剂及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)酯化:甲基丙烯酸、饱和酸和3-双(2-羟乙基)氨基-2-羟基丙磺酸在催化剂作用下,反应制得不饱和酯化小单体;(2)将枯烯基聚氧乙烯醚、不饱和一元羧酸、3-丁烯基磷羧酸乙酯等置于底料中,然后将溶于去离子水中的光引发剂(第一溶液),链转移剂、不饱和一元羧酸、不饱和酯化小单体、不饱和羧酸酯(第二溶液)分别滴加至底料中反应聚合;(3)保温结束后加入pH调节液进行中和即得。本发明制备的保坍剂,在长时间下具有良好的坍落度保持能力。
