Abstract

A polyurethane/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film for extracting organic sulfide from naphtha, relating to the technical field of composite film material processing and consisting of an active layer and a support layer. The active layer is a polyurethane cast film; the support layer is a polyvinylidene fluoride film; and the support layer is coated with the active layer to obtain a polyurethane/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film. Also disclosed is a preparation method for the polyurethane/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film. The beneficial effect is that the prepared polyurethane/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film can be used for the extraction of organic sulfide from naphtha; the separation efficiency is high; the device is simple; the operation is convenient; the conditions are mild; and the composite film basically does not change the properties such as octane number of raw material oil, so that the extraction rate of the organic sulfide can be significantly improved.

La présente invention concerne un film composite de fluorure de polyuréthane/polyfluorure de vinylidène pour l'extraction de sulfure organique à partir de naphta, se rapportant au domaine technique du traitement de matériau de film composite et étant constitué d'une couche active et d'une couche support. La couche active est un film coulé de polyuréthane ; la couche support est un film de polyfluorure de vinylidène ; et la couche support est revêtue de la couche active pour obtenir un film composite de fluorure de polyuréthane/polyfluorure de vinylidène. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation du film composite de fluorure de polyuréthane/polyfluorure de vinylidène. Le film composite de fluorure de polyuréthane/polyfluorure de vinylidène fourni par la présente invention peut être utilisé de manière avantageuse pour l'extraction de sulfure organique à partir de naphta ; l'efficacité de séparation étant élevée ; le dispositif étant simple ; le mode opératoire étant pratique ; les conditions étant modérées ; et le film composite ne changeant fondamentalement pas les propriétés comme l'indice d'octane de l'huile de matière première, de telle sorte que la vitesse d'extraction du sulfure organique peut être améliorée de manière considérable.

一种石脑油中提取有机硫化物的聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯复合膜,涉及复合膜材料加工技术领域,由活性层和支撑层组成,活性层为聚氨酯铸膜,支撑层为聚偏氟乙烯膜,且活性层涂覆于支撑层上制得聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯复合膜,同时公开了该聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯复合膜的制备方法。有益效果是,所制得的聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯复合膜,可用于石脑油中有机硫化物的提取,分离效率高、装置简单、操作方便、条件温和,且该复合膜基本不改变原料油品辛烷值等性质,能显著提高有机硫化物得到提取率。
