A sealing structure and a scroll air compressor having same. The sealing structure comprising: a moving scroll plate (10), comprising a moving plate scroll (11), the moving plate scroll (11) having disposed thereon a moving plate scroll groove (12), the moving plate scroll groove (12) having disposed therein a moving plate wear-resistant sealing strip (30); a stationary scroll plate (20), comprising a stationary plate scroll (21) matching the moving plate scroll (11), the stationary plate scroll (21) having disposed thereon a stationary plate scroll groove (22), the stationary plate scroll groove (22) having disposed therein a stationary plate wear-resistant sealing strip (40); a wear-resistant sealing strip (30) being divided into sections, comprising a high-temperature, high-pressure section (30a) and a medium-temperature, medium-pressure section (30b). The present sealing structure decreases sealing strip material use and maintenance costs; a cushioning contact surface between the wear-resistant sealing strip (30) and a scroll plate surface is flat, increasing sealing and noise-reduction functionality; a bottom surface of the wear-resistant sealing strip (30) is loaded onto a sealing ring having a circular or round tube-shaped cross section, increasing anti-vibration and cushioning functionality; the invention increases air compressor functionality, and also lowers air compressor usage costs.

La présente invention concerne une structure d'étanchéité et un compresseur d'air à volute la comprenant. La structure d'étanchéité comprend : une plaque de volute mobile (10), comprenant une volute de plaque mobile (11), la volute de plaque mobile (11) ayant, disposée sur celle-ci, une rainure de volute de plaque mobile (12), la rainure de volute de plaque mobile (12) ayant, disposée à l'intérieur de celle-ci, une bande d'étanchéité résistante à l'usure de plaque mobile (30) ; une plaque de volute fixe (20) comprenant une volute de plaque fixe (21) correspondant à la volute de plaque mobile (11), la volute de plaque fixe (21) ayant, disposée sur celle-ci, une rainure de volute de plaque fixe (22), la rainure de volute de plaque fixe (22) ayant, disposée à l'intérieur de celle-ci, une bande d'étanchéité résistante à l'usure de plaque fixe (40) ; une bande d'étanchéité résistante à l'usure (30) étant divisée en sections, comprenant une section haute pression haute température (30a) et une section moyenne pression moyenne température (30b). La présente structure d'étanchéité diminue l'utilisation de matériau de bande d'étanchéité et les coûts de maintenance. Une surface de contact d'amortissement entre la bande d'étanchéité résistante à l'usure (30) et une surface de plaque de volute est plate, ce qui améliore la fonctionnalité d'étanchéité et de réduction de bruit ; une surface inférieure de la bande d'étanchéité résistante à l'usure (30) est chargée sur un anneau d'étanchéité ayant une section transversale en forme de tube rond ou circulaire, ce qui améliore encore la fonctionnalité anti-vibration et d'amortissement ; la présente invention améliore la fonctionnalité du compresseur d'air et réduit également les coûts d'utilisation du compresseur d'air.
