A COA-type liquid crystal display, comprising an array substrate (1), a transparent substrate (2), a color photoresist layer (3), and a black matrix layer (4).The color photoresist layer (3) comprises at least two different colors of photoresist units (35); the black matrix layer (4) is provided with pixel openings (45) corresponding to the photoresist units (35); the widths (L) of the pixel openings (45) corresponding to the at least two different colors of photoresist units (35) are different. Compared with the prior art, the different colors of the photoresist units (35) correspond to different widths of pixel openings (45), respectively. The reduction of the widths (L) of corresponding pixel openings (45) can correspondingly reduce the ratio of the side-view transmitted light intensity to the front-view transmitted light intensity of the corresponding sub-pixels., such that the problem of viewing angle color cast of a liquid crystal display panel can be effectively improved; furthermore, the structure and manufacturing method are simple, so that no additional process and cost would be brought about.

L'invention concerne un affichage à cristaux liquides de type COA comprenant un substrat de réseau (1), un substrat transparent (2), une couche de résine photosensible colorée (3), et une couche de matrice noire (4). La couche de résine photosensible colorée (3) comprend au moins deux couleurs différentes d'unités de photorésine (35); la couche de matrice noire (4) est pourvue d'ouvertures de pixel (45) correspondant aux unités de résine photosensible (35); les largeurs (L) des ouvertures de pixel (45) correspondant aux au moins deux couleurs différentes d'unités de résine photosensible (35) sont différentes. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, les différentes couleurs des unités de résine photosensible (35) correspondent à différentes largeurs d'ouvertures de pixel (45), respectivement. La réduction des largeurs (L) des ouvertures de pixel (45) correspondantes peut réduire de manière correspondante le rapport de l'intensité de lumière transmise de vue latérale à l'intensité de lumière transmise de vue avant des sous-pixels correspondants, de telle sorte que le problème de nuance de couleur d'angle de visualisation d'un écran d'affichage à cristaux liquides peut être efficacement amélioré; en outre, la structure et le procédé de fabrication sont simples, de telle sorte qu'aucun processus et coût supplémentaires ne seraient provoqués.
