Disclosed are a porous modified adsorbent for solid-phase extraction, a preparation method therefor and a solid-phase extraction device. The porous modified adsorbent is prepared by sintering materials comprising a thermoplastic polymer resin and a solid-phase extraction adsorbent, wherein the thermoplastic polymer resin is a polyethylene (PE) and/or polypropylene (PP) and/or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polystyrene (PS) and/or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and/or nylon (PA). The porous modified adsorbent has controllable pore diameters, a high assembly efficiency and good product uniformity, and is suitable for solid-phase extraction of viscous samples containing particles.

La présente invention concerne un adsorbant modifié poreux pour extraction en phase solide, un procédé de préparation de celui-ci et un dispositif d’extraction en phase solide. L’adsorbant modifié poreux est préparé par frittage de matériaux comprenant une résine polymère thermoplastique et un adsorbant d’extraction en phase solide, la résine polymère thermoplastique étant un polyéthylène (PE) et/ou un polypropylène (PP) et/ou un poly(chlorure de vinyle) (PVC) et/ou un polystyrène (PS) et/ou un poly(téréphtalate d’éthylène) (PET) et/ou un nylon (PA). L’adsorbant modifié poreux a des diamètres de pore contrôlables, une efficacité d’assemblage élevée et une bonne uniformité de produit, et est adapté pour l’extraction en phase solide d’échantillons visqueux contenant des particules.
